It was a nice home. There were a few spiders probably from not having a guest since Novemmber. The only problem was we felt spied on due to a message we recieved when our children came for dinner and we were told that the owner counted 9 people and only 8 could stay.
This was my wife and I’s first time to Estes Park. Location of property is great and we were able to get downtown to the stores and restaurants within minutes. Very close to the Stanley hotel as well. My wife and I enjoyed the tours and dining at this hotel. Overall great experience and we will be back to Estes Park.
Very close to everything! A few of the furniture pieces seem to be on their last leg and the pillows are well used… Garage space is tight and the extra parking spots were not always available.
The owner was very easy to get into contact when it came to the carbon monoxide detector and fire alarms! The cabin was very cute and tightly. We found that the cabin actually was way nicer in person than in the pictures. One thing about the check out process that was a little bit frustrating was the amount we had to do. The cleaning fee is already quite a bit of money and with the early check out time we were in a rush of trying to get everything clean, put away, and picked up. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Thank you!
We had a great time staying here. The location is close to downtown Estes Park. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We saw elk in the backyard one day! Would recommend staying here.
We enjoyed our stay. The quick walk to the Stanley was awesome! Loved sitting on the porch , drinking coffee looking at the view!
Only complaint was the parking and mattress on sofa beds. No ac was an adjustment ( but after first night it was cooler)
If we ever visit Estes Park, we would stay again!
Only compl beds mattressess.
This is our 2nd time staying with same host. Great location, beautiful place and good communication from host. We will be back!

Great home
Our family had a great trip to Estes Park. This rental was very comfortable and had anything you may need. We did miss out on baseball playoffs, otherwise 5 stars.
Slight kerfuffle at check-in quickly rectified by Steve who is very responsive and helpful. Feels like a small group of cabins in the woods but very close to everything in Estes Park. Came for Frozen Dead Guy Days and had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained, nice kitchen, great beds, the garage is convenient. Would stay again. Having a property manager that cares is almost as important as the amenities and location. All top notch.
The house had plenty of room for our family of six and the location is excellent - super convenient to both RMNP and downtown Estes Park.
The work area of the kitchen is a good size and it had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen tools.
The reason we gave a 3 for cleanliness is due to the kitchen. Linens were fresh and bathrooms were in good shape on our arrival but the kitchen counters and stove needed some attention.

had fun 45
There was a dead mouse in the downstairs and dead flies. I could have clean the place better. Also the towles could use some softener. But we had a awesome time. Also a snow shovel could have been nice.

Beautiful Home in a Great location!
This cabin was beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to town, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The views were great and we saw deer and elk everyday wondering around the property. We enjoyed watching the birds feed from the bird house on the porch. This cabin is very close to the park entrance and within walking distance of grocery, restaurants and shopping, there is even a Starbucks within walking distance, which was a nice afternoon treat after hiking in the cooler elevations.
The cabin was clean and very nicely decorated, with plenty of space for my family to spread out and have their own privacy when needed.
Some trails that we would recommend are - Bear lake trailhead, which led to Nymph, Dream and Emerald Lakes as well as Alberta Falls. This entire hike was amazing. We also enjoyed Andrew's Glacier, we actually saw snow as we neared the top of the glacier. We loved the hike to Blue Lake, it was a tough hike but worth the effort. We saw Moose, Pika and Marmots on this hike, as well as several beautiful lakes and streams.
We also hiked Alberta Glacier, which was a beautiful hike. Again, the weather was chilly toward the top, but well worth the hike.
You cannot appreciate the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding parks unless you adventure out. The best views are seen from trails. Make sure you hike. :) The cabin was always a restful place to return to after a long day of exploring.
We would recommend this cabin for your trip.
This was a beautiful property within walking distance of Estes Park and the Gem Lake Trail. It's a beautiful property with great amenities. The property management team was very attentive to resolving any small issues we encountered. We certainly hope to be back soon!
Very clean, well stocked and great location for everything we wanted to do. We actually did see an elk lounging behind our place ( just like the pictures)!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect just north of downtown and the Stanley. Looking forward to coming back again!
Everything worked out really well for us. Kitchen island was a bit tall for us but it was fine to use. Very nice to have a garage but it was difficult to back out of. Overall I would gladly stay there again. Thanks Steve.
The cabin itself is well maintained and made with beautiful high quality materials throughout. Perfect for our group of 2 married couples (basically 2 master bedrooms that differed slightly) and 2 brothers (got the downstairs bunks). Lots of very nice bedding materials for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and we never had a shortage of dishes etc with our group of 6. Loved being able to watch Netflix in the evening in the main living area. Great location for Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
Two minor complaints: We LOVE ceiling fans, BUT the ceiling fan in the bigger master bedroom was unusable due to a very loud scraping sound (not the usual small annoying sound these fans can sometimes make.) It was cool enough in the evenings without it so we didn't call about it, but when we checked out we turned off all the lights, ect, but left this fan on so hopefully they would notice how bad it is and fix it. The only other negative was that the blender would not work at all. We were so excited to find the blender and tried to make milkshakes. BUT after we added all the ingredients to it we discovered that it would not turn on. We tried different outlets etc, but never got it to work. We called to see if they could bring us a different blender but couldn't get a hold of anyone around 10:00 pm. (I admit it was late in the evening to call but since it was our last night and all the ingredients were already in a broken blender and we couldn't take them out and put them back I gave it a shot.)
Overall we were all very happy we stayed there.
