Deluxe double jet 6 person hot tub. 65" TV in the living room, 48" TV in the master bedroom. WIFI, Netflix and Dish Network. Tiled quarts counters. Among the top rated views and locations in Estes Park.

The Space: The living room/Great room have amazing views with vaulted pine ceiling. Dinning table that seats 6, bar that seats 2 and a bar top table the seats 2. Main floor Master bedroom with a King bed, The lower level offers walk out space to the 6 person hot tub, a family room with another table that seats 6, queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Washer and dryer available for your use. This home has a fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals or walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and bars. Less than 3 mile to the Fall River entrance to RMNP and walking distance to the Stanley Hotel. This home does NOT have air conditioning.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

Beautiful property

This was an amazing place to stay! We had a great time, the hot tub was perfect while Estes had its first snow of the year. Close to the Stanley hotel where we had a wedding to attend! Couldn’t have been more perfect for the 6 of us and one infant.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had six adults stay for a long weekend that went by too fast! There was plenty of room for all of us and the location could not have been better! Bonus was the crockpot for a simple meal on our last day!

Great stay!

We were very happy to arrive here after a long travel day. The house is bright and comfortable. We had plenty of room for five people, having two levels was a nice touch. The big windows look out on the Stanley Hotel and a park, and we saw elk on our first day. We could walk to a main row of shops and restaurants in Estes Park. I would happily stay here again!

Relaxing weekend getaway

It was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway! The hot tub was one of the draws to this vacation rental. It was nice and secluded with beautiful views. The indoor/outdoor fireplace provided wonderful ambiance during dinner. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking all our meals. Great views of local wildlife. Loved the size and layout of the master bath. A little pricey for just one couple, but worth it for the relaxing atmosphere it provided. Just what we needed!

Absolutely perfect

This stay was beyond our expectations. From communication, to quality of the home and its location, we will return to stay here in the future. Lots of little things were in place to help renters know how to use the facility. Very high quality, very quiet, very scenic. And oh…did I mention the elk right next to our driveway when we came back from dinner last night? Very memorable experience. I’d rate it 6 stars out of five if I could.

Great location!

The house was in the perfect location for everything you’d want to do, walking distance to shops and restaurants and short drive to park entrance. The house is plenty big; however, the downstairs pullout is not suitable for sleeping, it is extremely worn out and caves in the middle. The upstairs couch is worn as well, and has a spring that pops into your bottom when you sit on it. The kitchen is equipped but the pots and pans are old and probably need to be replaced. We had a great stay and I’d recommend it but, just be aware it needs a little attention and don’t plan on the basement pullout as a sleeping option for any adults!

We will not be returning

The home itself is very nice and the hot tub is a nice amenity. It is also close to downtown as well. Unfortunately the management of the property leaves much to be desired. There is no air conditioning in the home but this was not clearly stated in the listing. When we arrived, the inside of the home was 82 degrees. All other units around this home have AC units and all were running when we arrived. The home did not cool down until well into the night. When we arrived and learned that there was no AC, I messaged the manager, Renee, and asked if she could tell me where it mentioned in the listing or their information that there was no AC in the property. She never responded to that message. Over 24 hours later, I messaged again. She pointed me to the list of “essentials” where the booking only lists “heating.” I shared with her that I am also a short term vacation home owner and that I would strongly recommend putting this in their information as well as adding a few things like coffee to the home (which is recommended by vacation rental sites and standard in all rentals we have booked before). When Renee responded to my feedback, I was told that “as a rental owner you should have known to ask not assume.” So we were basically blamed for missing the very subtle indication that the home had no AC. We have stayed in MANY vacation rental homes in Estes Park (and other places) and have always had AC. I would never treat my rental guests the way I was treated by Renee

Great location in walking distance to The Stanley Hotel, downtown and all amenities. Parking can be limited in Estes so this was great! Added bonus of a large Elk bedded down for the night in the open space across from us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. The location was ideal. Could easily walk to town but we traveled with our 88 yr old father so better to drive the short distance. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Would stay again definitely.

The view was satisfying

The description of the property was over stated. The home was well laid out, but the up keep was lacking. The furniture was worn out, the hot tub was old and used, after one use even the teens would not go back in, the pull out couch mattress was saging, so two people could not sleep on it. It was not clean when we arrived. There was feces from previous renters on the toilet handle the master bathroom floor and bedroom carpet. The kitchen sink leaked, and the window covering in the downstairs was partially missing, so anyone could look in and see you sleeping. There were weeds everywhere that had not been tended to. Especially, the Russian Thistle. The master mattress was very comfortable. As there was no AC the two fans were very helpful keeping the upstairs cooled off during the hot part of the day. The view out the east windows was very satisfying and enjoyable. Our contact, was very responsive and tried to accommodate our issues as best she could. But I still had to clean up the feces before we had a rude cleaning person come in and do a more thorough job. But being a family we got through our week and still had a good time. Remember, only one bath towel per person.

Wonderful time in Estes Park!

My spouse and 3 children travelled to Estes Park for a long weekend in April. We chose this property from VRBO because of location, number of bedrooms and appearance. We enjoyed a terrific stay and the property was lovely! We all slept comfortably, enjoyed the living room view and comfortable couch and appreciated how clean it was. The property manager/owner was accessible if we needed (which was great to know even if we didn't need to contact them) and that was reassuring. I have no criticism or negative comments -- this was a great place!

Thanksgiving weekend

Perfect living room, kitchen, dining around for cooking, watching tv, looking at the view, large dinning tables great for games. Upstairs bedroom is so comfortable! Bathrooms and great. Hot tub is absolutely perfect!
