This place is exactly how it’s listed, easy check in and Brandi always was quick to respond! . Property’s in a nice and safe location. I highly recommend staying here! We made lots of memories with family! We loved the big connection 4 game too!

The house was clean and it was very nice going in with the house already cooled on a very hot September day (95 degrees). There was covered parking for one vehicle. We received information about our stay through VRBO.

Such a beautiful house and it was so clean and smelled amazing when we got there. Brandi was an absolutely amazing host. We will most certainly rent again. I highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the beautiful community of Guntersville

Super clean- like even down to the baseboards! Primary bedroom is spacious and has a comfy bed, large closet and dresser. If you’re a light-sensitive sleeper you may want to use a sleep mask because there’s a lot of light coming in from the power substation behind the backyard. Kitchen has very minimal supplies but plenty of dishes, cups and silverware for the stay. Property was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was super friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Guntersville!

We spent two weeks at this property and we can’t say enough to express how convenient, and clean, and accommodating it was . The property manager was very nice to work with and we never had any issue that Brandi didn’t solve real quick. We highly recommend this property if you need shelter for boat and truck. Thanks again Brandi!

Me and my wife came up for a weekend fishing trip and this home was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need.The covered parking for the boat was a big plus and parking was very easy. Communication was fantastic and check-in couldn't have been easier. This is the cleanest home we have ever stayed and it will definitely be our #1 pick when we come back.

The house was perfect for my little family! We were visiting from out of town to see extended family so we weren't able to take advantage of how close the house is to the water and the walking trail. Will definitely plan on taking a look at that next time!Kitchen is spacious and well equipped if you're wanting to cook, water gets hot quickly for showers. The house was very clean. The king bed in the master was very comfortable (I didn't sleep in the other rooms so I can't speak to those). Plenty of room in the master for a pack n play if you have a little one. The driveway is very convenient for multiple cars, space under the carport also. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again in the future! Thank you for having us!
