Located in a peaceful neighborhood on the 13th hole of Grand Hotel's Woods Golf Course, this newly constructed home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room with ample seating at the table and counter, cozy living room with an amazing fieldstone fireplace that reaches from floor to ceiling, two wet bars, and an upstairs television nook.
