Kid Friendly Home W/Pool in Gated Community,10 Min. to Disney

If you are an early riser, you may catch the hot air balloons as they go over the house while having your coffee on the lanai.
You can leave the parks early for a lunch break and sit in the living room and watch the kids swim in the private pool (HEATED for an ADDITIONAL $20.00 + tax PER DAY). Let us know if you want pool heat before booking. You can let the little ones nap while you relax out on the lanai and enjoy the sun before heading back to the parks for the evening activities. Three bedrooms, master with king bed, second room with queen bed and kids room with twin bunks and twin bed (kids room sleeps 3).
The outdoor kitchen area with a sink, built in gas grill (please don't leave it a mess) and side burner is a great place to make dinner. Relax and enjoy your stay.

Cozy stay close to Disney

Perfect size for our family of 4. The kids loved the lofted area in their bedroom and the pool is always a win. The house is close to shops and the parks. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

Fun Family Home Close to Disney

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our kids loved all the little touches that catered to them (especially the loft and pool). It is a nice neighborhood and is a quick, easy trip to all the Disney Parks. Definitely recommend it!

Great location

Perfect house for our Christmas Disney trip! The parks were about 10 mins away and Publix, Walmart and Target are all close by. The property inside and out was decorated for the holidays, too! We enjoyed the pool and game room after park days.

Family Disney Trip

The house is located in a very nice gated community and only a 10 to 15 minute drive to disney and other theme parks. The house is very comfortable and we very much enjoyed using the pool! Would highly recommend staying here as we hope to stay here again soon!

This house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Communication was very easy and the owners were very kind and helpful. The pool and patio are so nice-we spent most of our time enjoying the indoor space.

Disney retreat

Air hockey table was a huge hit!

We loved the home and pool and appreciated all of the small details, like the Disney decor. Our kids adored the bedroom set ups and decor. The pool was perfect.

Great place!

Patsy was so kind getting us set up for our stay here, and quick to communicate when messaged! The house is cute and comfy. My toddler absolutely loved the kids room and my teenager enjoyed the pirate themed room. The pool is beautiful and very nice! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Bill and I have three grown children which are all married. We have eight (update 10) grandchildren. We enjoy boating, swimming and camping as a family. Bill is a builder and enjoys wood working projects ie. remodeling homes and building boats.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking for a vacation rental in the Kissimmee FL area, we wanted to be close to the theme parks so the family could come visit and have many things to do. We were first looking at condos, but our agent didn't think they were right for us. He was right! He said he thought we would enjoy our private pool since we were planning to spent a lot of time at our home with family and friends. It is nice not to have to pack up and walk to a pool every time we want to swim. We also like the fact that we are very close to shopping, restaurants, mini golf, Disney World and many other theme parks. We find it nice to go to the parks for a few hours, come home for meals and let kids nap or rest then go back for evening activities.

What makes this property unique

We have some very good neighbors in Sunset Lakes that we enjoy seeing when we get down to FL. We enjoy evening walks around the community and bike rides with the family when they are with us. One grandson loves to fish (catch and release), others enjoy swimming in our pool, riding their bikes and just playing with games and things at the house.
