Franklin luxury Chalet w/ guest house and central AC

Welcome to your Vermont retreat - a sophisticated 5-bedroom chalet + guest house in the heart of Manchester. The main house features organic mattresses, French linens, Turkish towels, and TVs in every room. Guest house offers king and twin beds with full bath. 3min walk to Equinox Hotel, 2min to Silver Fork restaurant. Enjoy 2 fireplaces, central AC, fire pit seating 10. Perfect for families, sleeps 10 comfortably. Pet-friendly. 12-min to Bromley, 28-min to Stratton. Premium concierge available.
This home is new construction. All mattresses are organic from Keetsa and the bedding is fine French linen. All the bathrooms have extra large Turkish bath towels and radiant floor heating.
First floor has living room, two fireplaces, dining area, breakfast nook, gourmet kitchen, full guest bath and downstairs primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a full bed and a fourth, tiny bedroom with a twin bed perfect for child or single adult.
One upstairs bathroom with shower and soaker tub.
GUEST HOUSE has king bed, twin bed and bathroom.
Property is on 1 acre with grassy lawn, fire pit, patio, deck and plenty of sitting areas right in the village. Walk to equinox hotel in 3 minutes or Silver Fork Restaurant in 2 min.
12 min to Bromley or 28 min to Stratton. 14 min to Dorset.

Regarding Pets. Dogs are allowed. We charge $100 per pet. We allow up to 2 dogs)

1. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.
2. All outside dog poops must be cleaned up by guests
3. We ask that pet owners bring crates for their dogs if they will be left at the house alone. Even the most calm dogs can have accidents. Any accidents that happen on carpets will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Any property destruction due to an anxious will be taken from the deposit and if deposit does not cover cost of repair, guest will be charged additionally.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with family for a week. It was a great location for access to hiking and walking into town. Great house to rent in Manchester!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. It has a great location that is within walking distance of the Equinox Hotel. The house was very well equipped and a great place for our group of friends to hang out. The rooms were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming Renovation House Prime Location

Our family of 4 adults & two toddlers had an awesome time together during our 5 day visit. Everything, from linens to firewood for the fire pit, was thoughtfully picked out & supplied. We even had a beautiful gift basket from the owner!! We will definitely come again.

Birthday vacation

Our family of 8 adults spent the week at this beautiful property celebrating several birthdays. The house is just a short walk from the Equinox (and all of the trails) and downtown Manchester. The house is recently renovated and very well appointed. We enjoyed cooking in the new kitchen and on the grill. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable and spotless. The Turkish towels were really luxurious. Mari and Cam were outstanding hosts. They were very easy to contact with questions and responded quickly. Cam even brought over some wood for the fire pit. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch enjoying the expansive and private front yard. One night, we ate on the large patio table then all sat around the fire pit under the stars. It was a wonderful property and we had a fantastic family vacation.

House is new and beautiful, bedrooms have comfortable beds and very nice furniture. Living room is large and beautiful, brand new kitchen. Spacious outdoor property and cool separate guesthouse. Great communication with host. Would definitely book again. Manchester is a nice town with lots of things to do close by (in addition to the skiing).
