First of all for potential renters - This property is right off of RT 5 north NOT near the UW campus as the location indicator may show. Basically about a mile away if you plan on walking. PROs: Beautiful place, super clean, brand new appliances, extremely well stocked, lots of nice amenities, bottle of wine was on the counter for us, lots of choices for coffee, tea, and condiments, soft comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, bathrooms were well stocked with towels and shampoo / conditioner, 3 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms throughout the house, Loads of places within walking distance for activities, entertainment, & food, host provides a comprehensive list with approx distances to each (very nice) CONs: The 1GB SUPER FAST internet was NOT available to us for the entire trip, Parking is a SERIOUS issue at this property 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed there were people parked in the no parking zone blocking access to the FREE Garage parking, Host was responsive but didn't take care of either of the above serious issues during our stay, Minor issues not reported to the host: The blinds in the master bedroom on the top floor were missing 4 or 5 slats, 2nd sink in the master bedroom needs to be snaked to allow water to flow properly, No air conditioning, The layout is stacked so if you have issues with stairs please be aware as Master bedroom is on the 4th floor, half bathroom is located in the kitchen space nice but not ideal, blinds in the living room should be replaced.
