Thank you so much! We'd love to have you back anytime.
Great house - lots of space and facilities in a fabulous location. Really appreciated the coffee and tea after a long flight. Fremont is wonderful - the house is an easy walk to a couple of great coffee shops, easy to get to the Burke Gilman trail for walking and lots of restaurants and shops in fremknt.
The positives: Location was great! We could walk to the park, meals, etc. The home had a lot of space, which was wonderful with kids. They also had kid gear (crib, highchair, dishes) which made traveling with kids much easier. The downsides: The house smelled like cat urine. You got used to it as your were in the house longer, but every time we walked into the house it was fairly overpowering. There is also no A/C, so on hot days, the upstairs was rather warm for sleeping.

Thanks for your review! I'm happy to hear that the house was able to accommodate your family and you had a chance to explore all the great features of this neighborhood. We don't allow pets, but we'll certainly look into the root of any unpleasant smells in the house. There is a window AC unit in the front bedroom and screens on the windows and patio door, so it's sometimes more effective to open things up and use the fans during our rare summer heatwaves. If there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know.
This was our first visit to Seattle and the location was great. There is a bus stop super close and the Fremont Troll is around the corner. There are several places to eat within a block an amazing biscuit place less than a mile away. We appreciated that there was a reserved garage parking spot. (Do beware that is a very tight squeeze if you have a larger car.) The house was spacious and plenty of room for the kids to spread out. We also liked that there were kids dishes and laundry machines. It did get hot with no air conditioning but it cooled off at night with the fans.
