The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

SECOND FLOOR:
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom access with a glass shower (there is also a door for access to this bathroom from the hallway)

THIRD FLOOR:
-Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 sets of bunks with twin XL over full XL beds, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination (this room sleeps 6)

There are baby gates and a pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will likely be subject to another day's rental fees (please inquire for availability to accommodate).
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
