Perfect location, ideal vacation house, fully stocked and thoughtfully resourced in the most convenient neighborhood on the North Fork. Town is just minutes away on a a country road with zero traffic. The beach, the house, the ample back yard and the accessibility make this the ideal place to spend your vacation time. Multigenerational appeal with a variety of activities without leaving the house. Avoid the traffic and crowds of Greenport and Shelter Island while still having easy access to the Peconic, Vineyards and Farms that are too numerous to list. The owners are easy to deal with and totally responsive to anything you need or want.

This house is a slice of heaven! In a quiet neighborhood on the bay. The views from the kitchen, great room and sunroom are amazing. We ate most meals on the huge deck where we were comfortable even on hot days because of the shade of the trees and umbrella. Watching sailboats from the yacht club every day was so relaxing. The large sofas in both gathering rooms were comfy for everyone to be together. We were 8 adults, 3 kids and we all had plenty of room . The sandy beach is perfect for little ones and the shower on the way up from the beach a real game changer! We will be back.

This home is truly incredible and couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. The location is exceptional. Being on the water was such a treat and my children and I spent every day at the beach. It was so special having our own space to play and swim every day. The views are incredible and each night we had a fantastic sunset. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Every detail was considered to make the stay enjoyable. We will absolutely be back next year!
