THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES TO EAT AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND INSIDE THE BUSINESS PARK DURING WORKING HOURS. IT IS TRULY AN IDEAL LOCATION TO BE CLOSE TO THE BEACH, EXPLORE SOEM GREAT HIKING TRAILS, SEE THE SIGHTS OF LOS ANGELES, HOLLYWOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THE METRO GOES FROM THE BEACH TO DOWNTOWN AND CONNECTS TO OTHER TRAINS AND METRO STATIONS.
