Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood after visiting friends, who are just a few blocks over. It was love at first sight, and we quickly started our search for a home away from home. The sense of community in Saint James City resonates with a small-town feeling among the neighbors and locals. This was further proven just 45 days after we purchased, when Ian, a Category 5 Hurricane devastated the South West Florida region. It was a tough loss, but the way the community rallied and came together filled our hearts and carried us through the next stage of rebuilding.
