We had a great time! 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space to spread out. The house was very, very, very clean. It had ALL the necessary essentials, which is not commonly found with other properties we have rented in the past. It is so much prettier in person, the decor and the lay out, island vibes for sure. We brought our boat and explored the area, spent time in Cayo Costa and Sanibel. We are so glad we chose Paradise Point for our getaway in St James!!

Great house, felt at home! Awesome location, very secluded and beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! Check in was a breeze, lots of parking, lots of “extras” around for your use (pool floats, bikes, boat lift, pool towels, linens, spices, soaps etc). Also within walking/ bike riding distance to a local playground, restaurant/bar with close marina /boat ramp for bigger boats. The house smelled divine! I even peeked the air fresheners for the brand/name before we left, hehe. Only down side was how far away the beach is.. great place to make memories, bring a boat!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Paradise Point! It was just so peaceful! This is a beautiful, comfortable home away from home in a great location. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The yard was large and private for our two dogs. Walking and biking in the neighborhood was a joy. There are even Eagleand Osprey nests! The wildlife in the canal was amazing! The dolphins and manatees visited often and put on quite the show for us.The pool is fabulous as are the other outdoor seating areas. We spent a lot of time kayaking the canal and open water areas right from the dock.All communications with our Hosts were stellar - could not have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this gem!
