*No Hurricane Helene or Milton Damage* Fresh and airy pool home on the water in St. James City! This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a Florida room that offers ice cold a/c (heat available in the cooler months too) with a queen size swinging bed for extra sleeping! The pool is heated with amazing views overlooking the canal. Bring your boat! Room on the left side of the house for boat trailer parking. This property also includes a boat lift with an extended dock. Cable offered in the living room and streaming in the bedrooms. This property is also pet friendly, a $150 pet fee applies to up to 2 pets.
