This was probably one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was cozy and felt like home! I was honestly shocked at how stocked the home is in preparation for guests. Very thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

This stay was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with thoughtful amenities, such as chargers for all types of electronics, an office space with desk and chair, and coffee and muffin mix. The location is terrific, right near downtown, and the area is safe and quiet. We had an excellent experience and would happily rent again the next time we're in town.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is a lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. The host thought of everything. Well stocked with goodies, coffee, tea and even a box of Enstroms toffee. Bathrooms were also stocked with toiletries. Patio was very peaceful and pleasant. I can’t say enough about this home. Tom’s place was immaculate and close to downtown Grand Junction but far enough to be away from any noise. The entire place was stocked with anything that you could think of, including local chocolate and muffins to bake if you wanted. We are planning on rebooking for graduation! A perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this guest house! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, and well stocked, and perfectly located. The storage area was an extra convenience to store our bikes and ski gear. Communications with the host were always prompt, friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is where we will stay whenever we return to Grand Junction!
