The house was lovely and spacious, with enough room for everyone in our family to gather or to have privacy throughout our stay. Easy parking and access to transit was a plus, centrally located to many local attractions and amenities! Check in and check out was simple, exactly what one hopes for on a vacation. This house was amazing and spacious enough. The kitchen is immaculate and the washer and dryer proved to be a great bonus for us. We came to celebrate a graduation and it was just what we needed!! We are from the East Coast and we came during a heat wave so be mindful the home can run warm, however there is plenty of shade outdoors. Highly recommend.

The owner was great helping us store our luggage before check-in/cleaning which helped a lot. Great place for a group. 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small living area with couch and a kitchenette/fridge downstairs. Upstairs (main level) one large bedroom with desk and lounge chair and a bathroom. The only item that was not optimal was that there is a guest house and someone checked into that while we were there, so you don't have as much privacy just a porch with some chairs when that happens. BUT if you have a large group or want some separation, ask the owner about renting the 2bed/1 bath guest house in the backyard also. LOCATION and PRICE were amazing for our group, and everyone had a bedroom so that was perfect! We LOVED staying here.

The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. My group and I were really happy with our stay overall. The deck/balcony was lovely too. Our only concern was finding a few ants in the kitchen and downstairs, but it was nothing too bad. The host was also responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

We traveled in a big group, so this place has accommodated us perfectly! There were 4 bedrooms and each one was spacious. The place is well kept and had a very nice backyard with a balcony if you want to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, it was a great place that we will consider booking again.

We enjoyed this house very much. My 91yr old mother was able to comfortably enter and exit the house without problem even with her walker. The kitchen was big enough. Very spacious for ten people. We will recommend this place to family and friends visiting Seattle in the future. We also plan to visit again and we would love to stay here if available. Thank you

Wow! I was shocked at how close this house is to downtown (10 minute drive or so) without being downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great parking. Plenty of space. The upstairs shower was as steam shower...loved it!! The place was clean and so useable for our family of six. And the price was great! The owner was really responsive to me when I could not figure out the front door key pad (doh...my bad). I would 100% recommend this house if you are coming to Seattle.

The house was perfect for our small group. We loved the large kitchen table that we could gather around to play games. The garden out back is lovely. The house was clean and as described. The kitchen was full of all the amenities to make a large meal. The refrigerator is HUGE (I'm so jealous!) as is the stove/oven. Would stay again.
