This house was everything it promised! The views, the layout, the communication from the host. Overall, amazing stay! I was worried because I sae comments about uncomfortable beds! Absolutely not! They were so comfy and it was perfect for our stay!

Pay more attention to areas that are visible. For example, stains on rugs in lower area, dirty sofa in upper living area, inside washing machine dirty and dust bunnies throughout the home. Kitchen area clean and well equipped.Host, excellent addressing concerns.

Our family and I had a wonderful stay. Kristyn was so accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and tidy. The two queen beds are extra firm with very little cushion, so keep that in mind if you like a softer sleep. Also, make sure to bring your own cone coffee filters and coffee if you plan to have coffee. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

The house was accommodating and spacious. Check-in was easy and the views were great. Two beds are very firm and one is a bit softer, all are comfortable. Also, if you are a coffee drinker, they do have a full size coffee maker and filters, but bring your own ground coffee to enjoy on the deck that over looks the city.

The perfect little getaway spot

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Prescott. Close enough to all the places we wanted to see but far enough out to enjoy the quiet. Plenty of room and amazing views. Host was very responsive and made everything seamless. Definitely recommend this rental.

Exactly what we needed

This place was a breath of fresh air for us. We needed a quick getaway for the weekend. This property merry and exceeded our expectations. Great location, even better view. Very minimalist with a touch of modern elegance. Nice quiet escape from the craziness of the daily grind
