The Space:

The condo got a recent makeover, and we've made sure it's filled with everything you might need for a great stay!

Choose from a King and Queen upstairs, and there's a pull-out Queen sofa in the living room on the main level.

This home features one full bathroom and one half bath, offering plenty of space to refresh and unwind. You'll find plush towels, essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a hair dryer—all thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing experience.

Enjoy the Florida breeze in the open backyard. We've set up outdoor dining with plenty of seating. Take a dip in the large shared swimming pool after a day of exploring.

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.



Guest Access:

🔑 You will have access to the entire townhouse! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time In addition, enjoy having access to the pool during your stay since we are right on the bay with no beach access.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏊 Swimming Pool: The community swimming pool is fully operational, clean and sanitized, and ready for your enjoyment! Just a friendly reminder that the swimming pool is communal and shared with other guests and tenants across the condominium property
