Very comfortable modern house. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees and property owners. Downtown Eustis is 5 minutes away and downtown Mount Dora is less than 10 minutes away. Both are lakefront downtowns with wonderful views and dining opportunities. Mount Dora is a destination as s a festival capital and antique capital. The Ocala National Forest is 20 minutes away and there are 4 natural springs located on the forest with the closest being Alexander Springs (about 25 minutes). During the winter, manatee can be found on the springs and the water is warm during the winter (always 72 degrees). House is located in Lake county with large lakes everywhere and spring runs for kayaking/canoe/fishing. Orlando is 30 minutes away and about 50 minutes to Disney attractions.
