Kitchen & Dining
Our well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up your favorite meal while away. The dining space is conveniently located right off of the kitchen and seats 4 comfortably. Squeeze in 2 more with the provided stools, set to the side of the dining room!

Pots & Pans, Cast Iron Pan, Cutting Boards, Stovetop Kettle, Electric Kettle, Brita Pitcher, Mixing Bowls, Blender, Dishes & Silverware, Wine Glasses, Salt-Pepper and Olive Oil

For you coffee lovers, we have a drip coffee maker, french press and a pour over with fresh coffee provided along with cinnamon, sugar and splenda!

Living Room
Plenty of comfy seating for 6 guests, perfect for a night in watching movies on our smart TV or having a friendly competition with some board games supplied to you inside the TV console.
Along the entryway, you'll find some items for your furry friends-Food/Water bowls, pup approved towel and poo bags. Take a peek through the binoculars on the entry table and try and spot some local wildlife!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each bedroom is furnished with cotton linens, mattresses topped with memory foam, and your choice of memory foam or alternative down pillows, allowing you to tailor your sleeping experience to perfection. You'll find multi-plug cubes in each room, so you have plenty of charging options. In each closet are hangers, extra blankets and pillows and a hamper. Elevate your sleep by utilizing our room darkening curtains to block out any unwanted light, or sleep in a little. Roman shades let in sunlight while still offering privacy.

In the bathrooms, you'll find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a squatty potty, body towels, hand towels, washcloths and makeup towels. Relax in the large jetted tub with a nice bubble bath or a glass of wine.
Our bathrooms are a unique layout as they are connected with a lockable door. The main bathroom with the shower and jetted tub is off of the hallway and the master bathroom is accessible through the main bathroom or the king bedroom.

Twin Bedroom: This bedroom offers a flexible layout as you have the option to keep the twin beds separate for individual comfort, or effortlessly combine them to create a king-sized bed. Additionally, this room doubles as a functional office space, featuring a spacious desk and vibrant lighting to inspire creativity and productivity.

Outdoor Space
Step onto the back porch where you can gather around our dining table, seating for 4, or cozy into our armchairs while you're furry pals roam and play to their heart's content in our large, fenced-in yard. We've set up sun shades to help reduce some of the suns rays and string lights to brighten up your night. Did I mention the firepit?! Roast some smore's over the crackling fire and form memories that last a lifetime.

Garage
Our one car garage is outfitted with a level 2 EV charger and also houses our washer and dryer.

Guest Access-
You'll have full run of the place, including the garage, which you can open once you've entered through the front door. There is an unfinished basement that's locked for your safety, but you can access it in case of emergency.

NATURE NOTE:
Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.

Other things to note-
Accessibility: There is a small staircase from the living and kitchen area to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Little ones: You're welcome to bring them, but the house isn't childproofed per se, and note the aforementioned staircase.
Location: The home is about a 10-minute drive from the Asheville airport, halfway between the downtowns of Hendersonville and Asheville.
