Beautiful setting! There was a new snow when i arrived. Gorgeous. The driveway was plowed and I had now problem getting in or out with a small suv with front wheel drive. It was a perfect week!!
Such a quiet, cozy cabin with all the amenities provided. The host was efficient with communication, the directions were easy to follow, and it was conveniently close to town and a grocery store. We found it the perfect size for our family of 4 and really enjoyed the deck at night with the fire lit and a cup of tea. My only recommendation is to bring your own ice as everything else we needed was available from cooking utensils to towels and comfortable blankets and bedding.
Very nice, well maintained log cabin with modern amenities. Close to town and all its conveniences yet set far enough off the beaten path. Quiet and serene location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will stay again.
I loved the location in the woods with the stream going by. The night lights outside were a nice touch. 2 things I wish were there but weren't, 1 washer and dryer and 2 a place to hang clothes like a small closet. Everything else was perfect!

The place was full of dead ants.I didn’t stay there and was refunded less than half what I paid.
We came to this house to celebrate Christmas with our family, and just like most people, we had read the reviews beforehand — some of which were not very positive. However, I can honestly say that this place is clearly underrated. It is a wonderful house with all the amenities, located in a beautiful, quiet area. The interior is styled like a hunting lodge, which gives it a very cozy and special atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed spending our evenings there. Our child had an amazing time as well — running around the house and enjoying the view from the panoramic window. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair ready for our arrival, which is a small detail, but it shows great care from the hosts. We were impressed by all the facilities, and my wife especially loved the beds on the second floor . The kitchen has everything you might need — even tea, which was very tasty — so everyone can find something they enjoy. The house really has everything, and the best part is that as soon as you walk in, you can smell the natural wood the house is made of, which makes the experience even more special.Overall, this place is truly amazing. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely consider coming back again!

Should be listed as a Glamping trip
This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site. Also, the water situation is dismal. Barely any pressure at all, and after three brief showers, there was no water AT ALL for over an hour - dinner hour. There were 4 of us, and the property is listed as sleeping six. There is no way 6 people could each have a shower - we were fortunate that we hadn’t been skiing - after a day on the snow, I would have had to go to a hotel rather than not be able to actually take a hot shower. And if my children were small, the bath would never have filled. It is very inexpensive, but I would probably not have rented it if I’d known I had to bring my own propane and not wash my hair for three days. I should also add that I am a frequent VRBO traveler and have never had to supply my own propane nor go out to buy water.
