Beautiful property and well stocked kitchen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. We had the best time sitting by the fire pit. Host was great with communication. We will definitely be returning here sometime in the future.

Quiet, beautiful cove with great views. The dock was a great place to leave our boat! The house was clean and open, with comfortable beds! The extensive outdoor space was great for an evening glass of wine by the water and grilling! We will be back!

Absolutely amazing lake property. House is clean, spacious and great for relaxing. Water views from the house, the deck and from the dock, of course. Loved sipping coffee in the morning looking out over the tranquil water from the dock. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again.

This place is beautiful, so homey and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable, the lake and view is perfect, so quiet and peaceful. We even saw a bald eagle! It really has everything you need. The owner is great, very good communication. I would come here every year!

The house was perfect for our purposes. We had a group of 10 guys stay here for a fishing/ socializing trip. Had a wonderful trip caught lots of fish and all the amenities outside were perfect for what we wanted to do. Our host couldn’t have been greater.

Lake Wedowee stay

Wonderful!

This place is perfect for a family getaway! We had 3 college kids and 4 adults and all had plenty of room. The lake is beautiful, neighbors are very nice and the house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Bonus that we could bring our dog. Definitely want to come back!

Lake Weekend

Everything about host’s property is great! The house was exactly as described in the listing. The voting facilities were excellent. We visit Wedowee 4-6 times a summer and this visit is at the top of our list. We will definitely be back!

Loved the lake house

We loved the location and our stay here. The tv in the master bedroom didnt have sound but we didn’t really mind since we were outside 95% of the time. Our kids loved swimming in the lake, rolling down the front hill & the swing on the large deck. Owner was very easy to communicate with about repairs that needed to be done. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding Shower and Family Fun

The Lake House was so nice with comfortable beds, nice size kitchen and living room, awesome deck, great boat dock, and beautiful view of the lake. Kris was kind and very responsive and her neighbors were so sweet. Please don’t hesitate to book with Kris at her beautiful home that we are so thankful she shared with our family.

The Pinewood Retreat was amazing! Exactly as described! Location is perfect and beautiful, the home was very clean and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for a family getaway. Lake wedowee is so clean and the cove the house is in has deep clean water and was very quiet. The dock was easy to get to and the steps on the dock make getting in and out of the lake easy. The beautiful back deck was so nice to sit on with a great view and nice breeze and is shaded much of the day. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having the grill to cook dinners on. Wedowee isn’t far away and has a Very nice little grocery store if you forget to bring something you need. We loved this home on lake wedowee and plan to visit again, hopefully for a longer stay next year!!

Great Family Trip. My 6 year old and I, along with my brother, and our elderly parents, spent 4 amazing days at this location. We fished from the covered dock, rode our boat around the lake, and ate at local recommended restaurants. The house / dock was exactly as described and worked perfect for our needs. Kris was a great host and answered all of our questions. We will definitely request this house again.
