We had a great stay at One Particular Harbor! Proximity to the beach could not have been better! We have three small children (ages 4, 2, and 3 months) and having the house that close to the beach made this trip so easy! We ate pretty much all our meals out on the back porch. It was our favorite place. We saw so many dolphins! We also loved being close enough to town that we could walk to restaurants and not have to bother with loading and unloading everyone from their car seats. The house was perfect for our needs, and Jim is a great communicator.

The view is absolutely amazing and cannot be beat. We saw dolphins everyday and multiple times through out the day. Military fly-bys were also common everyday. The house provides enough space for a large family and within walking distance to town. Beautiful weather on the island and very low key.

My wife and I stayed at this property in the summer of 2026, though the property could comfortably accommodate 8 guests in one staying. Host: The owner was easy to work with throughout the experience. He was friendly, approachable, responsive to our questions, and helped us to feel right at home. The property: The address was easy to find and the home's exterior is well maintained (no rotten or loose boards, peeling paint, etc.) The interior of the home was spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean, there was plenty of seating to enjoy the views on the back porch as well. All appliances in the kitchen worked as well and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The central HVAC unit efficiently cooled the house, keeping it effortlessly comfortable throughout our stay. Beach access was as convenient as strolling through a short backyard, about the distance to mailbox at our home. One of my favorite features was the private shower in the carport that enabled us to keep sand out of the living quarters. Five star stay! We will be returning.

Perfect location directly on the beach.Spent everyday on the beach walking or relaxing....Loved watching the dolphins each morning. We also loved all the beach art and artifacts within the house. Combining 'old' with 'new', the wifi was strong and it was also nice to have streaming available.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view is just amazing from the porch. The location is close enough to walk to the shops, but is a couple blocks away to provide a quiet beach atmosphere. We've been vacationing in St George for five years and this is now our favorite home that we've stayed in. The layout is spacious and even though we didn't need the space in the separate apartment, the extra bathroom was appreciated! Jim is incredibly communicative and we had absolutely no problems while staying.
