Spacious living room with sea-view from every corner is connected to a large terrace with infinity heated pool with hydro-massage jets and counter-current swimming.
Villa has 4 large bedrooms with Super King size beds with bathrooms and 55" TV, Wellness&Spa with Hot tube Jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, Fitness room with a treadmill and a elliptical, 75" TV, Netflix, Televio with HBO+164 other TV channels, Spotify, PlayStation 5, barbecue, caffe-machine, wine cooler, ice maker... Free parking place for 3 cars.
Villa is 150 m away from the sea and only a 3-4 minute walk to the most beautiful pebble beaches in Dalmatia.
The villa is located in a quiet part of Baska Voda, right on the border with Brela. It is part of a small settlement of newly built villas with swimming pools on a hill at the end of street in an area bordering a pine forest.
