Relaxed beach living at its best! Bring the whole family to enjoy this 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home in Salvo. The bright, open floor concept and large private yard make this home ideal for your next family vacation destination! A short 6 minute walk to the beach access makes this home perfect for sun-seekers of all ages.
The space
The top level is ideal for family time with its open concept layout. The living room boasts a brand new 65 inch Smart TV, an impressive DVD library and plenty of options for family game night. Off the living room is access to an ocean side deck. The full kitchen comes fully stocked making family dinners a breeze. There’s plenty of seating space with an 8 person dining table and an additional 4 seats at the bar. A high chair is stored in the master bedroom closet. The deck access off the dining room takes you to a covered, outdoor dining table for 6 with additional captain chairs to enjoy water views and amazing sunsets. Grill masters can take advantage of the new gas grill provided. A half bath for convenience is located on this level.

The bottom level includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, and plenty of storage. The King Master features a private full bath, double closet, a 50 inch Smart TV, and private balcony with seating for two. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with full closet and a 32 inch Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and closet for storage and a 32 inch Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has a bunk set (2 twin) and a 32 inch Smart TV. An additional full bathroom with storage space is on this level.

The property features an outdoor shower, large private yard and parking for 4 cars. The oversized shed stores beach chairs, umbrella, canopy, 2 kayaks and 8 bikes for your use, with plenty of additional storage space for any beach for fishing equipment that you bring. Spend your evenings around the brand new fire pit!

Smiles on our faces

First of all, the owners are amazing. Very attentive, excellent communication, and a feeling of genuine concern that our vacation would be the very best. The home is immaculate. It was equipped with everything we possibly could have asked for. The shed had bikes, kayaks, surf board, tons of beach chairs and more. Perfect location across from the blue whale store and gas station. I would highly recommend staying here for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Return to the Sea

I haven't been to Waves for many years. Although it's changed tremendously, it remains serene, quaint, and beautiful.The house is beautifully decorated as well as practical, with extra thought and care to details. We noticed this in kitchen's "everything drawer" (with its label on it!) and the Row of Many Hooks( ready for towels, umbrellas, purses, raincoats, and more!) in the entryway...Good location as far as accessibity to other points of interest, restaurants, and groceries in the area, but it sits a little too close to the main road, especially for families with very small children.I recommend this rental highly for the taste and sense of decor, its cleanliness, its hosts, and its reasonable price.

Family Beach Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is easy to find and perfect for our family + our two dogs. We drove less than 10 minutes to the beach in our SUV and it was perfect for us (not crowded). We did bring plenty of food but was lucky enough to cross the street and purchase delicious seafood at the Shrimp Shack! Cute coffee shops and açaí bowls were less than a 5 minute drive away. The house itself is beautiful and practical for families. Huge yard for our dogs, three decks for everyone to have their own space and the grill was perfect for grilling. There were many fun puzzles and games our daughters played right before bedtime. There are two kayaks and we tried them out at the sound (less than a 5 minute drive) and it was so fun! The water was so serene and our daughters had a lot of fun! My husband wishes we stayed for another week and I know we will visit again.
