Narragansett Ideal 3BR Open, Bright, & Quiet

Enjoy this beautiful and well maintained private home in Narragansett. 15 minutes to Newport, 10 minutes to URI, 10 minutes to Narragansett Town beach. Updated kitchen comes with all the essentials and the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The large private yard, fire pit, outdoor shower and oversized deck, with a dining area will enhance your stay!

Our home comes with four daily Narragansett town beach passes, beach chairs, and beach towels.

The space
The house comes with all home, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom essentials. The layout is open concept in design and the entire space is newly renovated with comfort and luxury in mind.

Check-in and check-out are a breeze. We only ask that you put the wet towels on the bathroom floors and run the dishwasher on your way out. We have the rest covered!

Stayed here, so we could visit Newport for my wife's 50th birthday with 2 other couples. The home was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything, you could think of. The home was even nicer than the pictures showed. I look forward to staying here again on a future visit.

5 day trip to Rhode Island & area

I can't begin to thank Eric enough for the awesome stay in Narragansett! His place was beautiful and well equipped. We did not eat any meals there so I can't speak about that but the rest was great. Our friends stayed upstairs and we stayed downstairs - each couple had privacy. Don't hesitate on renting this unit. No regrets

Quaint, Spacious and Everything We Needed!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed - and even small toiletries were available. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas made packing so much easier! The outdoor shower is one of my favorite. Ping pong table and fire pit were a hit with my daughters! Host answered my questions in timely fashion. Easy check in and check out. We plan to be back!!!

Thanksgiving stay with my young adult kids = PERFECT

My daughter attends Univ of Rhode Island so we decided as a family to visit her for the Thanksgiving holiday. We traveled from Philadelphia and Florida to stay at this lovely home in Narragansett to celebrate the holiday together. The house has been renovated and is lovely inside. The kitchen is fully stocked so cooking and meal prep was no problem. The range is a nice size with gas burners. There's a ping pong table in the basement that we enjoyed during our stay as well as other games in the closet. Beds are comfy, wifi is good, location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood. Showers and baths are nicely finished with lots of towels for everyone. Washer/dryer is a plus! Communication with the owner was easy, he was very responsive to any of my questions and even gifted us a bottle of wine upon our arrival! Highly recommend!
