elax and enjoy your vacation in this lovely one bedroom condo rental. Located very conveniently to the beach, shopping, dining and San Marco Catholic Church. Quaint first floor condo is furnished with a queen bed and sofa sleeper and is tiled throughout. New 48" flat screen, smart TV Netflix Laundry is available on site at the Club House. Pool and shuffle board can be enjoyed by all.
$20 deposit for their Parking Permit (which is refunded upon their departure)
$25 for a Registration Fee. Must check in with office on arrival.
PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
