For guest safety and property security, an exterior security camera monitors the parking lot only. There are no cameras inside the condo or in private spaces.

This is a mixed residential neighborhood with new and older homes. This apartment is in a four-unit complex. It sits in a residential neighborhood. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
