The open living area where you'll notice the comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace , flat screen TV. The kitchenette is perfect for easy meal preparation. You'll find a downstairs bathroom with shower adjacent to the living room. The Master suite upstairs features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, Air conditioner and private full bathroom tub/shower combination.

This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The shared pool, and fire pit are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

Beautiful property! We swam in the pool with a mountains background. The downstairs with the pullout couch was a bit cramped when we had the bed out. Not too bad for 2 small children but might be a bit too small for an older family.

Great base camp for exploring RMNP

We enjoyed this convenient and comfortable condo. Located near Estes Park and close to Rocky Mountain NP entrance, but far enough away from the hubbub to be relaxing. Features a master bathroom and a shower downstairs, so easy to get a family ready for early morning hikes. Overall a great place to stay. to get wveryone ready

Perfect mountain accomodations

Well-kept mountain condominium in Estes Park. Has all the amenities you need for a vacation rental. Easy access to facility and minutes from downtown Estes Park. Property manager very considerate and easy to get ahold of. Totally recommend!

Master bedroom had AC unit over bed was not my favorite, dont like air blowing on me while sleeping , not enought towels in bathrooms , pool was old and needed some cleaning around it but otherwise not bad place to stay would stay in that area again just not samsame unit

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!! The unit was perfect for myself and my guests. Kitchen is fine for usual meal preparation. My guests reported the fold out sofa bed was plenty comfortable. The location is ideal for those wanting to explore RMNP without dealing with the downtown Estes Park traffic. But very quick and easy to get downtown when we wanted to explore there. The host was by far the most responsive of any vacation rental I have ever been at. The overall experience was WONDERFUL!!

Beautiful

The property was perfect for our weekend get away. We came in october and the elk were around town. One herd frequented the meadow below the property and we herd the bugling and cows all night and day. Only problem was it wasnt long enough😁
