Thank you for the review. I’m so sorry about the floors and beds. I will pass this on to my cleaning people. My husband and I try to come stay once a month so we can make sure the house is being maintained properly. It’s hard to get there as often in the summer due to the back to back bookings. I am very surprised about the floor and very sorry. We mop, sweep and vacuum every time we are there and expect it to be mopped the same every time it is cleaned. The kitchen accessories and organizing is a huge pet peeve of mine. Because we try to have every utensils or appliance anyone would need it’s hard to make sure it all stays in its place. It’s the first thing I do every time I arrive-is organize the kitchen cabinets. Thank you for sharing the concerns about the middle bedroom. We haven’t really had any complaints about so we were unaware. We recently had someone ask where the mattress came from because they wanted to buy one like it. But, I will definitely look into making sure it’s more comfortable for everyone. As you can tell we have been replacing and doing upkeep on the wood deck and dock. We still plan to replace the upper level of the dock in August once bookings slow down. We will be there this coming weekend to stain the unfinished wood on the ramp and dock and to check on things. Thank you for your honest review it is very helpful in letting us know what is going on and what we need to work on. We would surely love to have you back one day so we can make up for this trip.
