Sea 4 Yourself! Experience St Simons Island at our newly renovated and decorated ocean view condo (Unit #317) at The Beach Club. Beach Club offers lush gardens, pools, hot tubs, tennis, and fitness room, with the ocean just steps away! Enjoy a full kitchen with granite and marble surfaces, custom cabinets and stainless appliances or try out some the well known restaurants within walking distance! Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or enjoy a bike ride on one of the bike paths that cover the island. Living room has a fresh new decor with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv.
Unit 317 has a master bedroom with king size bed (new matress), hardwood floors, and plenty of extra room to watch tv or read a book. The master bath boasts brand new travertine shower, granite countertops, dual sinks, and soaker tub. Second bedroom has two twins, with flat screen tv. Full second bath with new tile and modern storage vanity. Each bedroom and living room have sliding door access to the balcony with an ocean view. Store your extra beach clutter in generous bedroom closets or entryway storage area. Convienent washer and dryer in unit! Extra ammenities include free wifi, cable tv, dvd player, bike racks, and covered and secured parking. This property does not allow trailer parking.

Josh’s condo was great and exactly what we were looking for having never been to St. Simons Island. The beach is very close, and you can walk the beach to the downtown area. Instructions were very easy. Kitchen was nicely furnished. We loved it.

Pool was good when the weather cooperated! We tried to get the ocean but the weather wasn’t great. Quite a walk to get there and had to walk through standing water. The room was great! We had to spend more time there than we wanted but we made the most of it. The mattress in the master room was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. Kudos to that mattress!!!!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at our condo. During your stay we were having a very strong Nor’easter and also King tides. Both of those conditions combined made for the standing water that you had to walk through. It also made for some very rough water conditions in the ocean. The condo was beautiful and they had everything you would need! The owner was helpful and communicative and we had no trouble checking in or out. The parking is great too. Super comfy bed. You can see the ocean and the pool from the porch and it’s a beautiful beach. It’s also great that all the rooms are accessible to the porch. Loved our stay and would love to stay again!

We are a family of three from West Virginia. A teacher and x-ray tech who longed for a warm climate and sand between our toes. We first came to the island in May 2011 for our 10th anniversary. Our dream was to one day live at the coast. God blessed us with the opportunity to purchase 317 and in August 2011 we made our first step toward realizing our dream. Exactly one summer later we moved to St Simons permanently. We still can't believe that we live, love, worship, and work in South Georgia where snow never needs shoveling and our winter coats are about the only items left unpacked. We're anxious to share our little piece of paradise and look forward to hearing that you enjoy it too!
