Relax in this tranquil beach setting on quaint St. Simons Island! Enjoy Golf, water sports, history, nature, shopping, and beach combing. This is a top-floor, 3rd story, one level unit. Enjoy two bedrooms, two full baths, an open living, dining and kitchen area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views! With under sixty residences, Shipwatch is a quiet and gated community in the popular East Beach neighborhood and is ideal for weekend getaways, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months.
Shipwatch Complex amenities include an elevator, free gated parking, private boardwalk access to enjoy St Simons Island’s beautiful sandy beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills, and Wi-Fi internet.

Dogs allowed with a nonrefundable fee.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT NOW INCLUDED Georgia Coast Realty has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Georgia Coast Realty guests in participating properties. St Simons Stay

Nice property, a little dated in the bathrooms but we didn’t mind. It is in a great location and on a quaint island. Easy check in and out process and would definitely stay again!

St. Simons Island GA

Our 1st trip to St. Simons Island and loved the island, people, shops and food all excellent. Elevator broke down the day we were leaving an had to cart everything down 3 flights of stairs. Long walk out to beach from this property but we knew that going in - the beach was worth it!

The condo was nice and in a good location. We had everything we needed. How to operate the livingroom TV was a bit confusing. I would suggest written instructions for the TV should be in the infomation binder. I appreciate Georgia Coast Realty working with us when we requested a change in dates.The area was fun to expolor, stroll through the parks, the restaurants were great, and the locals were very friendly. The mosquitos were terrible, but that's Nature for you.
