The lower level features a private Suite with a separate entrance and an additional Bedroom, a Hall Bathroom, and a second Kitchen and second Laundry Room. Use your private beach walkway to spend the day swimming in the water, eat dinner watching the sunset over the ocean, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.
