Original heart pine floors, exposed brick fireplaces, 11' ceilings and large bright 6' windows. Modern comfort upgrades include solid surface fully equipped kitchen, full size stacked washer and dryer, tankless water heater, Serta hybrid beds. Large private Piazza for dining as well as relaxing on the hanging day bed swing. Shared courtyard patio. Off street parking for one vehicle- in gated area.

Apartment is located in a residential area with owner occupied homes so it is quiet. Yet very walkable to King Street, the Battery, Colonial Lake and Rainbow Row. May lovely restaurants are within blocks. MUSC is also a block away.
