Welcome to The Luxurious, where a unique boat feeling awaits you. You will be like vacationing on a cruise while keeping all the comfort and amenities this place has to offer. The house has been completely remodeled in 2020 with high-end finishing. An elevator accesses all three levels. The open floor concept in the main living space invites the ocean breeze. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views that act as vitamin sea all the way from the entrance to the living room and the kitchen. A modern fitness room on the lower level also offers breathtaking views of the ocean. A year-round hot tub and firepit will enhance your stay.
After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie : sounds like a perfect day !

This is a premium elegant property with all the amenities one could wish for. Everything was clean, almost sparkling. The beds were very comfortable and all the gathering spaces well appointed. The kitchen had everything you’d want to prepare a large meal or just a nice coffee. We loved it

The views from the back of this property are drop dead gorgeous! You feel like you’re floating g above the water.The house is very well equipped for all sorts of renters. We were there in Feb with a group of girlfriends celebrating a birthday and we had a private chef come in and make us an amazing meal in the beautiful kitchen. It had so much space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table, the gas fireplace, walk-in showers, nice long dining table to fit everyone, plenty of dishes and utencils, two wet bar areas, and nice linens and blankets. Would love to come back in the summer. Hosts are very responsive. Worth every dollar!

We had an amazing week. This home was perfect for our large family of twelve. The views are breathtaking and the back yard along the rocks was a favorite spot for all of us. Beautifully designed and decorated home that was open and bright yet cozy. We loved the huge kitchen for cooking. We could not have asked for more. Thank you.

We filled the house and it still felt big! There was space for everyone to move around and relax in the house, yet all spaces fit all of us as well. The kitchen was great to cook in and the gym allowed us to work out! We loved the hot tub and the views from the bedrooms and the living areas were amazing. Thank you for another great stay!

Amazing home!

This was truly the most beautiful house we’ve ever stayed in. The location is gorgeous - those ocean views cannot be beat. Plus it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Every single room is decorated perfectly and beautifully. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was so much space; even with 6 people, we never felt cramped. We hope to return for sure.
