Beautiful Courtside Townhome, located in East Vail. Only a few steps to the free town of Vail bus stop. Spacious, clean and bright. Nice open floor plan. Living room has a large screen tv and fireplace. Smart tvs in both living room and master bedroom.
This townhome has three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 max. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over a queen. There is also a twin trundle bed under the bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has one queen size bed. There is a full bath close by that the 2nd and 3rd bedroom share. Also a half bath located off the kitchen and living room area.
Parking available for two vehicles maximum. One vehicle can park in the smaller one car garage and one vehicle can park in the driveway.
Enjoy the beautiful East Vail neighborhood anytime of year. Bike path, river, waterfalls, park and playground all close by.
