Our family loves to stay here and it’s a piece of paradise that we are excited to share with you. Right around the corner from the sun-kissed beaches, this retreat blends a vintage Naples Park feel with the "fun in the sun" pool experience. Naples Park boasts a myriad of attractions and activities. Explore the pristine beaches of Vanderbilt Beach at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, for sun-soaked relaxation. Indulge in the vibrant culinary scene at Mercato, offering diverse dining options and shopping. Enjoy outdoor adventures with nearby nature reserves like Barefoot Beach Preserve. We want to set your expectations for a 5 star stay. The home has a classic look and feel. So while the pool is new, most of the home is not updated and we reflect this in our rates. Here’s what our home is NOT: The home does not have cable (only streaming TV). We do our best to give you starters for a couple of days for cleaning supplies, laundry, TP, paper towels, etc, but we do not provide those items throughout your entire stay (especially our seasonal guests who stay for multiple months). Please plan on a trip to the grocery store if you're staying awhile. There is a vacuum and a broom with a dustpan. The home is cleaned after your departure. However, if you wish to have cleaners come during your stay, we are glad to schedule this for you and charge you for the additional cleanings. Just let us know. We do not provide toiletries like shampoo, body soap, or conditioner, so please bring those or stop by the store. The pool is warm most of the year because of the sun, but if you want the heater turned on, we can do it remotely via an app, but there is a $25/day fee for your stay. Please understand the cost to run the heater is expensive, and if you don’t plan on using the pool, or if the sun is doing its job, we don’t want to include that cost in our nightly rate if it’s not needed.

A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported
Must follow all house rules including no parties, no smoking inside, 1 dog allowed with a pet fee, pool heating fee $25 per day upon request

Fun Family Naples Vacation

Had a wonderful 4 night stay in September 2025. The house was everything as described and more! Everything was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was awesome! This property was perfect for our time in Naples! The location is a short drive to the beach. The pool at the house was amazing in every way! The owners thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a complete supply of beach gear to use even cooler packs to use for a day at the beach! The house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and fully stocked. Matthew was a great host. We highly recommend checking out Naples happy hour options for great eats and drinks at reasonable prices. There were plenty of options nearby. We were here during hurricane Helene and the house had no issues and we were able to enjoy our week with only one day of challenging weather (we were thankful for that). 5/5 ⭐️. What a Weekend!

Our family is thankful for this rental. We had the most relaxing experience. Everything we needed was provided at this cozy "feels like home" home. We had plenty of chairs for the beach, games to play with the family, beach toys, and more. This home is located to so many stores and conveniences. We would walk the Mercato and headed to 5th Avenue. The sunsets were amazing every night and great way to wind down the day. Looking for good places to eat while you here? Hit up the Happy Hour at most of the restaurants. Feel like staying in? There were plenty of pots and pans, and grill for all of your cooking needs. Thanks to the amazing host who was very communicative. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

All things needed for a relaxing time

This house provided everything we needed for weekend renewal. The pool was well kept and it was a perfect place for an evening swim and a morning spot to drink our coffee. Super close to the beach and very convenient to spend the afternoon there. Chairs, towels, bags, floats were all provided on site. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and read my book too. The house was very well kept and you can tell the owners care about their guests. Communication with the host was easy and always timely. We would definitely rent here again.

Extremely clean house with an amazing new pool! We stayed with our 4 younger kiddos and it was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with a Trader Joe's in walking distance! Great kitchen set up with everything need for making large meals at "home". Home is well stocked with coffees, toiletries and plush towels. Pool has sun shelf which is great for lounging. Home also has many floats and beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas, games, etc). Location is fantastic - close to Vanderbilt Beach (which has covered parking for only $10/day), Delnor-Wiggins State Park AND The Mercato! Tons of great restaurants within minutes! Tacos & Tequila Cantina is a MUST! Not to mention, the host was warm, welcoming and very responsive. We WILL be staying here again...

Great little place

We had a nice stay. Although the cleaners were still there upon our arrival, we didn’t mind at all as they were meticulously cleaning. It was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. The house is equipped with all the necessities and then some. Lots of games, floats, and our kids favorite, ping pong. The Mercado is very close and a beautiful location for lunch and shopping. There is also a fantastic Venezuelan bakery nearby.
