Amazing mountain retreat with a modern feel.. Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and crisp cool air on the wrap around deck or by the Fire pit! Snuggle up by the wood burning stove in one of the two living spaces; the double sliders open your view to make you feel as if you are under the stars. Our remodeled 3bed 2ba has an open floor plan and separate game room with queen sofa sleeper and is ideal for family gatherings and visiting the lake for adventures or trips to the snow to Alta Sierra!

Family river rafting trip

Overall our stay was great, check in process was great and Alicia was quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and stay here again if we return to the area

Great Getaway

Everything was great. We had a wonderful relaxing time at this home! It was comfortable and quiet and Alicia was very responsive and kind! The home was well stocked with linens, towels, games, and everything we needed to make it a nice weekend! We would stay there again anytime!

Was perfect distance from several areas we visited. AC in master bedroom didnt work, but they supplied fans to help.Temps were in the 100's all week.

Perfect location for River Rafting with Momentum Expedition

My husband, 82yr old father in-law spent the weekend river rafting. The home is about 10 min drive to the river center.Alicia's home is clean and exactly as described. The balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and read a book. The neighborhood is quite making it a peaceful place to stay.

Hilltop Ranch Home...

The stay was great. Alisha was very responsive after some technical difficulties, but it was not a big deal. The property was cozy & very inviting with plenty of amenities to make the stay fun and relaxing! Would definitely book again whenever it's available. Daughter & friends love the area and looking forward to doing this at least 2-3 times a year! Thank you Alisha!
