The rental and the location were perfect!! Conveniently located to all surrounding states!! Such a good community around!The only thing was if you’re in a bigger vehicle, the parking might be a bit complicated since the parking spots are so small, but we managed to make it work, and there’s a paid parking lot right in front of it! Definitely would stay again!! It was absolutely fantastic!! We went during October and most of the boardwalk shops were closed, but not all, there are still places open!! But I can only imagine how it would be during beach season!! Still pretty in the Fall too!!

We had a great stay at this property at the beach! It was the perfect stop on our way up to Maine. The kids loved playing in the sand and we loved having plenty of space with separate bedrooms for our family. There aren't many options for a one-night stay, and we appreciate that the owner offers short stays!

We have been going to Hampton Beach for years. This is one of the best places we have stayed at. Close to Everything !!! Clean and updated. Host very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!!

Cozy getaway spot

This was a great location and a really cute condo. All of the basic supplies we needed for a great stay were provided. Great sunset views! On the downside, the beds were a little uncomfortable for senior citizens, and the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out from the last guests. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great location! Clean and well kept condo. Had a great time with my kids. Would definitely rent again. Condo is close enough to all the hustle and bustle but you don't have all the noise as you would right on the strip. Nice deck to sit on to enjoy the morning or evening. Recommend!
