Spring brake stay

Great location, minutes walk to variety if stores, restaurants and beach. Quick 10 min drive to Old San Juan. Place needs some maintenance, it is dated but clean. My only complaint is a street noice and generator rooms noise from the hotels across the street.thehhotaacroaceosathestreetstreet.

Great place, as advertised. Building elevators were constantly under repair but they got both working at the end of our stay. Perfect location. 🥰

Best vacation!

Great location, convenient, nice apartment

We often stay in the Condado/Ocean Park area, and we really enjoyed the apartment. Parking is always an issue, so it was nice to have the underground parking. There is a great grocery store right next door with a small deli/restaurant on the second floor, which makes grocery shopping really convenient. Everything in Condado is an easy walk with lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was clean with a small walk-in closet for storage of suitcases, and it's always nice to have a balcony in San Juan! Aida was super helpful and a great communicator in every way. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay!

Location, location, location

We were surprised at how conveniently located this apartment was. That it came with an easily accessible parking spot (in a secure building with restaurants all around) was an added bonus. We stayed here for four nights with our six year old daughter. The apartment kitchen was stocked with a basic set of dishes,cutlery and cookware- just enough to fix ourselves breakfast and a dinner or two. The street in front of the apartment is noisy, but then this is in the heart of Condado and we just took it in our stride. The Condado beach is within walking distance as is the Marriott. The gelato shop inside the Marriott complex is highly recommended.

Amazing stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I loved my stay here! the place is bigger than expected and had everything I needed and more. Ocean view was amazing! The pictures here do no justice for the view. The pool area is beautiful, the beach is literally steps away, every kind of food imaginable is nearby & CVS is less than two blocks away. It was a breath of fresh air to see 24 hour security at the front desk. I highly recommend this place. This was my third time in condado in the past year and the previous two times I had stayed at the Marriot paying tons and tons of money for ocean view something I definitely won't be doing anymore. Thanks Aida for promptly answering all my questions :) It was a pleasure to stay at your place.

Great Location but the property needs a little updating

Property is well located and clean. However it felt a bit “crowded” because of what we considered maybe too much furniture. It has lots of potential and as it is now it is a good place to sleep. This could be an amazing property if the kitchen is updated and the tile floor is replaced. Nothing wrong with both things but it felt very outdated. Guess it is a matter of taste. The building was super clean and secure. Kudos to the night guard Ivan who was so friendly and helpful during check in. Thanks to the host as well.

Great location, comfortable efficiency

The building is in an upscale neighborhood and very nice and safe. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and a small high end grocery store next door. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's small but very comfortable. It was just right for 2 people. Aida was easy to work with. I'd recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in the Condado neighborhood. Also having a parking spot in the garage was a huge advantage. Parking in this neighborhood is not easy. Also you will get some street noise so bring ear plugs (a few cars going by with super loud music late at night and the back up beeping of large trucks) but that will go for anywhere on a main street, not just this location.

Clean & Cozy Condo in the Heart of San Juan!

We absolutely LOVED this rental! Not only was Aida a pleasure to work with, she was quick to respond and very helpful. We had excellent instructions on how to obtain keys. The condo is in a large high rise in the Condado area. The hustle and bustle of the street was only heard when you were out on the patio. There is a Queen size bed and a Full size Futon for sleeping. There were 2 adults, an adult sized 13 year old boy and 11 year old girl that stayed here in early February. The futon has drawers underneath it, so we stored the kids clothing there. There is a small walk in closet to hang up items and store belongings. Aida had a water board, small cooler, umbrellas available and plenty of towels and bedding. The condo was clean and very welcoming. The a/c, wifi and cable tv were added bonus (especially for the kids!). I loved that there was a front desk guard and keyed entry to the building. The pool was great and while we were there, it was open until 10pm. We met several folks that were there daily to enjoy the water and sunshine. The neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, people and places to shop, including a natural food market just below the condo on the street corner. You're near a Walgreens, the ocean and it is a quick drive to several tourist areas of Puerto Rico. If you aren't renting a car, there is a tourist/ticketing area near the condo that you can catch a bus to several destinations including El Yunque Rainforest! There is a book with rules of the condo and several restaurant menus and maps available in the condo unit. I loved staying here, I loved the restaurants in the area, I loved working with Aida, and I can't wait to return!
