The studio is located in the heart of Waikiki. We are steps away from famous Waikiki beach, world class shopping and restaurants.
This unit has been newly remodeled with a brand new bathroom, large shower, granite counters, beautiful new flooring, all new furniture and mattress. This studio sleeps up to 2 people.

You will enjoy beautiful ocean views, the view of the world famous Diamond Head, as well as city and mountain views during the day and beautiful, romantic city lights at night.

Rooftop Pool and Hospitality Suite

Included with your stay is free access to the rooftop pool, sauna and Jacuzzi with stunning, panoramic views. Adjacent to the pool, there is a large, newly renovated hospitality deck with cozy couches, pool table and large TV’s where you can relax before or after a long flight, in case of early of late departure. The hospitality suite is equipped with a kitchen, dining tables, bathroom, showers and comfortable lounge chairs.

There are many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.

Free WIFI

The building and the entire neighborhood is very safe. There is 24 hr front desk, should you need any assistance during your stay.

Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.

A travel desk is located in the lobby for tours and local attractions.

Covered parking is available in the building, for a daily rate of $30, payable at the parking kiosk.

Great home!

Great great spot for visiting Waikiki! Close to all the good food and walking distance to the beach! Unit is on 25th floor so you see great views of Waikiki! Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

We will stay here again.

This condo is exactly as described including an iron, ironing board and lots of hangers. The washers and dryers on the laundry floor are large and efficient. Our host was very helpful prior to our arrival., we had no need to contact her during our stay.

Would I stay there again?

My review of any experience can be boiled down to the question “would I do that again” or “would I stay there again?” My answer is “yes, absolutely, no question about it.” If I could I would go back next week!

Excellent location!

Communications with Julia has been excellent, she was able to answer any and all of my questions promptly. There were two fans in the room one of which didn’t work at all, previous review from a former guest made comment regarding the fan as well. Aside from that the Room had all the essentials that we needed. This was our first time using VRBO and Julia made it a very pleasant experience. Definitely would stay there again.

Convenience with a great view!

This studio was perfect for a couple. It matched the description and photos and certainly met our expectations. The location was fantastic...a quick walk to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. It is on the 25th floor and the view is incredible. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub and the view of the city. Julia promptly answered my questions prior to our stay and the check in process was easy. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the mattress is quite soft, but overall, the studio is a great value, and we highly recommend it! Thanks for a great stay!

Wish we would have booked for longer

The property was as advertised. Views were great. Roof top pool, views, grills and other amenities were fantastic. It is a smaller place, but the location and amenities are great. In Hawaii, we spent most of our time on the run or at the beach which is literally a block away. Great location for trolley transportation as well. Beach chairs provided. We had everything we needed and even cooked a few meals. We checked out a day early to move to a hotel for travel reasons and I wish I wouldn’t have. Saving on having no resort fees, etc is huge. I would definitely stay again….only longer next time. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Awful

The bed was so awful Ann’s soft, you literally have to kick your leg up to crawl out. The wall/window ac unit is so directly at face level 1 foot away & so loud you CANNOT sleep with it on, but if you have it off… it’s so hot you’re not gonna sleep either. The outside noise…. That alone will keep you awake. People screaming all night long, then they begin sweeping g/cleaning streets at 3pm and start picking up trash at 4 am. The elevators are slowest you can imagine. They hot tub? GOID LUCK! There are kids using that as a pool all hours of day & night. The dishes had to be washed as dried food was on dishes and the glasses had dark syrup (my guess pop) dried inside. The location was great, but I’d rather pay more or farther away to be able to sleep & have peace. Also note… there is not a freezer nor is there a stove.

Loved our stay! While we were not directly on the beach, we could see the ocean which was really nice. The unit was immaculate the location perfect for access to beach and great restaurants. Lastly, Julia was always responsive and instructions were clear.

View is fabulous, everything provided was great, everything was very clean and we appreciated the pillow protectors and mattress protector under the cases. AC in the unit is also wonderful especially because the sun gets hot through the windows during the day. We stayed for a week and have no complaints! Maloha!

Perfect Location in Waikiki

This is a studio apartment, so expect it to be small. However, the windows are floor-to-ceiling and open right up. This fills the room with natural light and makes it feel larger. It’s a perfect size for 2 people. A coffee kiosk (open daily, except Tuesdays) is right outside the building and has amazing coffee. The food trucks in the area are very good, especially the Korean bbq sort ribs. The location couldn’t be better. It’s so close to the beach, restaurants, the International Marketplace (Target is there, where you can get drinks, fruit, etc). We took the 42 bus to Pearl Harbor and the bus stop is directly across the street. The lobby was just painted while we were there and it looks great. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very well located, easy to get in and out traffic wise and 2 blocks from Waikiki beach just great. The apartment is facing the sun all day and it’s very nice, makes ac unit necessary the unit is very noisy and located 2 feet from the bed… bring earplugs. Furniture is basic would need a new mattress.

This was a perfect location for us as we wanted to spend as much time at the Waikiki beach as possible during our stay. Walking distance to shopping, entertainment and bus stop directl across the road.

Our Hawaii Winter Getaway

Location was excellent. We were extremely disappointed that the roof top pool was under repair and that was not disclosed to me. We were given the option to use pool at the next door Bamboo Hotel;however, the pool water was as murky and dirty looking as the Amazon. The inadequate air conditioning unit was so loud and noisy that restful sleep nights were few and far between..Extremely disappointed with kitchen set up.this may have been my oversight but I thought we were getting a full kitchen with limited ability to cook but that was not the case . There was a toaster oven and electric cooktop which was not reachable gir use neither by myself or my partner as we are short people.the auto drip coffee maker would have been appreciated as a 8 cup instead of a tiny 4.5 cup size. The mattress is overdue for a new one .disappointed with setup of the pacific monarch in general that they did not have any coffee facilities abd adding insult to injury , I was charged 31 to have the desk hold my luggage while I ran out to get a cup of coffee & muffin.it was also annoying to be up the rooftop area watching a movie and being rudely asked to leave as they wanted to close it up at 10pm since we were watching a movie and there was no one else in there with us .in fact that happened on 2 separate occasions . And this is why I would not give a 5 star rating ..
