One Of A Kind! Luxury Peninsula Lakefront House In Emerald Lakes, PA

Surround yourself with nature. Our luxury house is located in private Emerald Lakes community complete with pools, lakes and beaches. Our home is beautifully decorated with a rustic theme to truly make it your home away from home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, reverse osmosis water filtration system and brand new appliances. A beautiful dining room with potbelly stove, living room with propane fireplace awaits you. There are four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kid's' bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds) and a study with a bunk bed with a full and twin bed.. Three full baths with tub and showers. In the newly renovated basement, there is a washer and dryer, pool table, ping pong, and foozball tables. The basement has a large TV room with a DVD player and cable TV. Two wrap around porches offering beautiful panoramic views surround the one and half acre peninsula property.

Emerald Lakes will permit only 10 people to rent our house at a time

If you enjoy boating, our house is the place! There are 6 kayaks, a paddleboat, a paddleboard and a canoe for your use in the 90 acre lake. Fish off the canoe or off the two docks (weather permitting)

Emerald Lakes is a convenient and centrally located community for your vacation. We are located about an 1 1/2 from both Philadelphia and New York City. We are located a few miles from Camelback skiing, Camelbeach waterpark, Kalahari waterpark, Crossing Premium Outlets, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, and Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Area. State Parks, hiking trails, dining and shopping are close by.

* The indoor pool is year round and outdoor pool is open (memorial-labor day). Hours vary.

Emerald Lakes offers an indoor and outdoor pool, beaches, community clubhouse, sauna, basketball and tennis courts, playground, and ice skating pond. In our lake, there is swimming, kayaking, fishing and paddle boating.

Please NO parties of any type or high school/college groups. We ask that a few members of your party are 25 and older. At least one person should be 30 years old.

Please note that that the road leading to our house and our driveway are stone roads.

** Your entire cleaning fee could be returned to you if the used laundry is washed and the house is found presentable by the cleaners. The entire house is still meticulously cleaned by our cleaning crew.
