Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load dirty dishes in dishwasher, gather used towels & put in washing machine, bag up all trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Please check with host for approval and availability. Early check-ins at 2 pm is $30 and at discretion of host.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved one day prior. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will be charged for next nights stay.
Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside property. If smoking is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
