We love our Pleasant Street Cottage most of all for its updated kitchen with new appliances. This house with its many doors and windows allows for a seamless flow from inside to the outside: screened sitting porch, outdoor deck, outdoor shower, and level yard for cookouts and games. We love to connect to Harwich Port by walking to the beach, galleries, and restaurants.

Casual classic 4 bedroom and 2 bath home with free WiFi in an established, quaint neighborhood. The spacious yard with Deck is perfect for croquet and badminton. Only a 1/2 mile walk to Bank Street Beach!

Enter this home through the screened in porch. the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and make plans for the day.
Enter into the newly updated kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a separate dining room with seating for 8 and living room with flat screen tv and ample seating. Also found on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower, Bedroom 1 with a full bed and bedroom 2 with a queen bed.

Please note that the steep stairs may be a challenge for toddlers or seniors. At the top of the 2nd floor there is an Full bath with shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on this floor as well. Bedroom #3 offers a new King bed and Bedroom #4 has 2 Twins.

The intown location is great as you can easily walk to restaurants and shops and Bank St beach! Don't forget to experience the traditional outdoor shower after the beach- it is a Cape Cod Tradition!

The home has a garage for your use. The home is situated on a corner lot with a garage, outdoor shower, picnic table, and charcoal grill.
