This ocean-front, two bedroom condominium is directly on the beach as you can see in the pictures. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and the entire condo has modern decor with all of the comforts of home with a premium view. Come relax on this private balcony overlooking the pool areas and the beach. You can watch from your balcony Dolphin swim every morning as they look for breakfast. Disney is only a 70 minute drive or maybe catch a race at the Daytona Speedway.

Property Manager is constantly monitoring incoming messages and typically responds within an hour or less.

Flagler avenue is within walking distance and is famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 35 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive

The complex has two large beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. Off the pool decks are multiple barbecue gas grills and outdoor picnic tables if you choose to eat outdoors while viewing the pool and ocean at the same time. Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.

Twenty-five minutes drive from Daytona !! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same.
We completely remodeled the interior with new furniture, fresh paint new kitchen countertops and more.

Plenty of parking for your rental car or Uber is available if you plan to participate in the local monthly wine tasting event. You can also rent bicycles upon request. Just ask us.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The views of the pool were beautiful, and the large balcony was one of our favorite features—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Being right on the beach made everything so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The rental was perfect for our family vacation and gave us the best place to relax after our busy days exploring Florida. We loved being so close to the beach and having a comfortable place to come back to each evening.Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our week away. We made so many special memories here, especially celebrating our son’s 5th birthday during the trip.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. Highly recommend C202! My family has been coming to The Pelican for years. Past years we’ve stayed on the first level for the convenience of getting in & out, but we decided to try C202 and loved it! The room is right by the elevator & stairs and was super easy to get in & out. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean & pool area. Everything was nicely updated, clean, and well stocked. We kept saying how perfect it was for our family of four! We would definitely choose this condo again!

Absolutely wonderful

This condo was perfect. Location was wonderful, about 1.5 miles to downtown Flagler Ave. Condo was clean, updated and very spacious. Pools were nice and host was always available for questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing condo on the beach

We loved our stay. Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Amazing views from the balcony and easy convenient access to the pool area and beach. Elevator near the entry door for effortless move in and out. Parking was great. We were there in November and the beach was not crowded at all. Bring beach chairs and toys if you want them. Already thinking of our next visit there. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and just close enough and far enough from the Flagler tourist area

Nice place in ideal part of beach

C202 had nice decor, beautiful ocean view from floor to ceiling widows. The balcony was blocked from too much wind. Beach perfect to walk, bike & fish. Water in showers was strong. Quiet except Safurday night. Beach also wuiet.

Perfection

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and it was perfect! The view was amazing, and the access to the beach and pool was everything we wanted with little ones. The condo was super clean and comfortable. My only note is we were not provided with basic household items… no extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, or detergent. Not a big deal at all, but didn’t realize until we needed it - and ran out of toilet paper 😳

Pelican C202

A friend and I stayed at the pelican condo C202. This condo is extremely clean. Comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Not over crowded with stuff! Beds, couch and dining chairs were all comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit really helped with our extended stay. You could see the ocean and the pools beautifully from our room. TVs in bedrooms and front room was a plus! The pelican outside grounds were kept very clean also. They had chairs for the beach Along with towels. I highly recommend this unit. It is well taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
