The upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 3 King Winkbeds, 1 Queen Purple Mattress, and Twin bunkbeds. The bottom floor has 3 Bedrooms with 2 King Helix Luxe mattresses, and 1 Queen Dream Cloud Mattress. House has parking for 5-6 vehicles. Smart TV in all rooms & Fiber WiFi. Floors accessed via external staircases. Starter Kit included.

The Pierson brothers banded together to bring you this amazing home in Holden Beach. Born and raised in CA, we are now both Charlotte based with our families and excited to branch into owning rental properties throughout the Carolinas.
Why they chose this property
We love Holden Beach! The low-key, family friendly feel and cute beach town made us fall in love with the area when we vacationed here years ago. We love the lack of large resorts and hotels.
What makes this property unique
Two separate units on the canal makes it perfect for multiple families that need their own space. The close proximity to the sand makes it convenient for short and long trips to the beach with younger children.
