Convenient to Rehoboth/Dewey, this exceptional location allows access to the beach without the hassle of traffic & lights on Rt 1 & Rehoboth Ave. By the numbers, this solar-powered house offers 7 bedrooms, 6 parking spaces, a 5 min drive to the beach, 4 bathrooms, 3 porches/patios, 2 levels, & 1 40ft pool. Enjoy this spacious property with your family and friends.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area is complimented by a large screened in porch, spacious covered balcony, a private deck off the master bedroom, and an oversized yard with a pool, patio, grill, and firepit. Completely updated, the house boasts an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island, fully stocked for the basics or a culinary adventure. The kitchen and porch are furnished with large tables, in addition to seating for four at the island.

You will rest comfortably in this house’s seven large bedrooms with no bunkbeds. Four spacious bathrooms with generous vanities ensure all guests a pleasant stay. For your comfort the house is centrally air conditioned and all living, bedroom, and porch spaces have ceiling fans. The back yard features a 40 ft pool with areas to lounge and enjoy active and passive recreation. The pool opens May 15 abd closes Oct 1. There is room for six cars to park in front of the house.

This is a traditional beach rental: guests bring linens, towels, and beach gear. Pillows and comforters are provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load & start the dishwasher (including poolside items); pods are under the sink. Clear out food items from the fridges and freezers. Bag trash & take it to the large dumpster located 2 houses down.
Clean the grill cooking area & let us know if the propane is running low. Return furniture to its original spot, put pool floats in the storage bin, turn off pool lights, and collapse all umbrellas.
Check for any forgotten belongings. If a spill happens, cleaning supplies are under the sink; a vacuum and broom are under the stairs. Please ensure all cars are off the property by 11:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property! Unassuming from the outside, it hides a lovely oasis of a back yard with a HUGE pool. We had three families, 14 people, and about 1,987 children and we loved it.

We had an amazing stay! The house was completely clean when we checked in. The pictures of the pool and backyard space do not do it justice! The pool was one of the most amazing parts of our trip, very clean, very warm, and enjoyed by all! Great location and close to a lot of restaurants in town.

Pool was AMAZING and super great to have. The beach is walkable although part of the walk there doesn’t have a sidewalk. House was great and had everything we needed, definitely make sure you’re bringing not only linens for the beds but also towels for the showers as they are also not provided. All 12 of us fit without a problem and had a great time, and the host Tom was super helpful and accommodating!

The property and host were terrific. The location was very convenient to the center of town. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything about stay. Tom was so very responsive to my messages which was very comforting and professional.

This house was perfect for our family. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all our needs - the grill was functioning poorly and the hosts replaced it the next day. The pool is fantastic - no expense spared in its construction. You can walk to the beach but it’s a bit of a hike with a chair. We chose to enjoy the pool and it was heaven. Beds were comfortable. Front screened in porch perfect for a crab feast. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of space to relax. The only negative about the house is the city garage across the street but while floating in the pool it is quickly forgotten. This is definitely a gem - do not pass it up! Thanks to Tom and Sean for a wonderful week!

Overall really wonderful house. Some issues with sand on floor, but that is pretty common in beach houses. Hosts are communicative and professional.

It was the perfect home for my family to stay and celebrate our family reunion.The swimming pool was the perfect recipe for that extra enjoyment by all including the kids. Distance to the ocean and boardwalk was great and we enjoyed the local restaurants!The only thing that caught us by surprise was that upon our arrival, the refrigerator had not been cleaned out or cleared of items from the last client who stayed. It took a little time to clean out and wipe down before putting our food in. We realize this can happen anywhere or to anyone, but the checkout instructions were clear that this process was required.The owner was very responsive to all questions we had, and they made sure to follow up with us when needed,

Wonderful Rehobeth Memories!

The perfect place for a group of old friends to reconnect on the occasion of a celebration of life of one of our mentors. The house lent itself perfectly to gathering and reflecting and laughing and tearing up some too. Thank you!
