We had to plan an unexpected stay in Cable and I am so grateful we found this cozy cabin to rest in. It’s a perfect place to stay and we hope to return one day to take advantage of the lake during the summer months! The electric fireplace was an added winter bonus. I’d definitely recommend this home to family and friends.
We had another wonderful stay. This is our 5th time staying at this cabin on Rosa Lake. Fishing was good, and we enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion of the property. We definitely will be staying again.
This was a great location to stay for a weekend skiing on the Birkie trail with a few friends. Super close to trails, very cozy common area, and helpful hosts.
Spent a week at beautiful Rosa lake, check in was easy, the place was clean and neat had everything that was listed. The view was amazing to wake up to every morning, the fishing was great with a great boat and dock area, checking out was simple and can't wait to plan another trip there again in the future
The property met and exceeded our expectations based on listing photos. We loved the quiet, the beautiful views, and the ease of getting in and out. We will certainly return!
Took my significant other here so she could experience the Northwoods for the first time. Had a blast and the views were incredible. Fishing was great. Nice, quiet place to stay if you're trying to escape society and enjoy the outdoors.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the cabin, it was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We loved the view of the lake, the fireplace and the cozy feel. It could not been a better location, with access to the Birkie Cable/Como parking location about 5 minutes away, it was super easy to get there and jump on the bus to the start area. It also made it easy to get into Cable for coffee, pizza dinner, or the grocery store. Bottom line is we loved the place in all ways—thanks!!

Great place for a get away
The property is very nice. It is kept up so well. Being we were there the 2nd weekend in October, the fall colors were unbelievable. Lisa and Bruce are excellent to work with. It has all the conveniences of home and more! We will definitely be making a return trip, maybe earlier in the season so we can see the loons that I heard about.

Thank you for the kind words! We look forward to your return visit. The loons are unbelievable!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Location was convenient to the event we attended in Cable. Accommodations were cozy and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much, but did note it was equipped quite well. We really liked that there wasn't a huge list of things that needed to be done at checkout. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Lots of space inside which is great for rainy days. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck and around fire pit. There is not a dock at the bottom of the stairs so it is a little difficult to fish off the land. There is aboat to use but did not use it. There is an awesome spacious fish house to clean fish in.
We enjoyed going into Hayward for pizza, ice cream, playgrounds and a visit to the Wilderness Walk Zoo. There are also wineries near by.
The cabin has everything including a washer and dryer, but you do need to bring amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, even salt and pepper if needed. Some other abnb and VRBO rentals have included these.
Overall a very comfortable relaxing stay with family and small children. Would go again.

We look forward to having you stay again! Thank you for the great review!
We ordered a new floating dock in January due to high water levels and haven't received it yet. We can't wait for it as we know guests enjoy the dock!
The Bayfield County Health Department has prohibited us from offering certain amenities due to COVID, otherwise, we have in the past and, hopefully, will in the future!
The cabin was very clean when we arrived and had all of the amenities listed in the description. We had a great time!
