HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD beautifully furnished, Walk/Bike/public transportation
1930's Spanish style, 2 story townhouse, front porch overlooking park like neighborhood, rear courtyard and garden with screen room. You are one block to public transportation, walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping. 1 block to City Park, with bike trails amusements, gardens and 3 golf courses. Close to downtown and medical district, Delgado College and its School of Nursing and Allied Medicine and medical schools. Spacious with fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, washer and drier; cable is provided in living room and each of 3 bedrooms, living room has large leather sectional sofa with 2 recliners. Beautiful residential neighborhood. Perfect for 3 traveling nurses. Just bring yourself. NO we didn’t flood; we are on the Metairie ridge.
