We had a wonderful stay. Great, easy, and prompt responses from the hosts. We had an easy walk to and from the trolly. We had zero issues during our stay. We will stay here again when returning to NOLA.

This rental was comfortable overall. except for the noise. The unit is underneath the owners, and there is no effort made to reduce the sound from above. The stomping is very loud, and they scheduled the cleaning people for their upstairs unit at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning, and it sounded like somebody was playing roller derby inside my room for three hours. The main bedroom is next to the air unit which runs very loudly. I brought wax earplugs and still the noise was unbearable. We were usually woken up at 5:30 every morning, and then again at 8:30. He claims it’s close to the French Quarter, but every time you leave it is 15-40 Uber ride, unless you have your car, they do have a parking space for you. The place is comfortable except for they need to update the dirty and worn out rugs and pillows and the couch is breaking. The bathroom in the main bedroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Something is growing in the shower corners.

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION! Host is so attentive and helpful and loved our stay. Book it, you won't regret it! Close to downtown, close to port for cruising, and easy access. Layout was perfect for our group and the place was nice and clean!
